The Heart Behind the Journey
Hello friends, if we were meeting over coffee, this is probably where I'd tell you a little about myself, so welcome! I'm so happy you're here. I am a wife and a mom. I was born and raised in AZ before making CA home. In September 2025 we welcomed our daughter, Sophia Noel. Our family wouldn't be complete without our two dogs, Lucy and Ellie, who are always keeping life chaotic.. I mean entertaining ;)
When I have a moment to myself, you'll usually find me with a good book, a cup of coffee, or taking a walk along a boardwalk or pier. There's something about being near the water that helps me slow down, recharge, and appreciate life's little moments.
People often ask how I came up with the name Pure Joy Travels. "Joy" is actually my middle name, and my family has always called me "Joyful." When it came time to name my business, I wanted it to reflect not only my personality but also the feeling I hope every client experiences while traveling and working with me. My goal is that by the time your trip is over, you won't just feel like you worked with a travel advisor, you'll feel like you've gained a friend. I can't wait to help you plan your next adventure.
